1. General Information

These Terms and Conditions govern the access to and use of the Zedti platform (hereinafter, "the Platform"), owned by Zedti Technologies S.L., with Tax ID B26660910 and registered address at Calle Ejemplo 123, 28001 Madrid, Spain.

By accessing and using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any of them, please do not use our services.

2. Service Description

Zedti is a SaaS (Software as a Service) platform that provides tools for service business management, including:

  • Online booking system
  • Schedule and employee management
  • Customer database
  • Electronic invoicing
  • Business analytics and statistics

3. Registration and User Account

3.1. Registration Requirements

To use the Platform, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old or the legal age in your jurisdiction
  • Provide truthful, current and complete information
  • Keep your account information up to date
  • Be responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials

3.2. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Plans and Pricing

4.1. Subscription Plans

We offer different subscription plans with various features and limits. Prices and features for each plan are available on our pricing page.

4.2. Trial Period

New users may enjoy a free trial period of 14 days. Upon completion, you must subscribe to a paid plan to continue using premium features.

4.3. Billing

  • Payments are made in advance on a monthly basis
  • Invoices are issued automatically each billing period
  • Prices may be subject to VAT or other applicable taxes
  • We reserve the right to modify prices with 30 days' notice

4.4. Renewal and Cancellation

  • Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time from your user panel
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
  • No prorated refunds are made for unused periods

5. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with Spanish law, consumers have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days without justification.

However, pursuant to Article 103 of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, the right of withdrawal shall not apply when the supply of digital content has begun with your express consent.

6. Acceptable Use

6.1. You agree to:

  • Use the Platform in accordance with applicable law
  • Not use the Platform for illegal or fraudulent activities
  • Not attempt to access restricted areas of the system
  • Not interfere with the operation of the Platform
  • Not upload malicious or harmful content
  • Not use the Platform to send spam or unsolicited communications

6.2. User Content

You retain all rights to content you upload to the Platform. By uploading it, you grant us a limited license to store, process and display such content for the purpose of providing the service.

7. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights over the Platform, including but not limited to software, design, logos, texts and images, are owned by Zedti Technologies S.L. or its licensors.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive and non-transferable license to use the Platform in accordance with these Terms.

8. Service Availability

We strive to keep the Platform available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. However:

  • We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability
  • We may perform scheduled maintenance with prior notice
  • Interruptions may occur due to causes beyond our control

9. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law:

  • The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available"
  • We do not guarantee that the service will meet all your specific requirements
  • We shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages
  • Our total liability shall be limited to the amount paid by you in the last 12 months

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Zedti, its directors, employees and agents, from any claim, damage, loss or expense arising from:

  • Your use of the Platform
  • Your breach of these Terms
  • Infringement of third-party rights

11. Modification of Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will take effect upon publication on the Platform.

For substantial changes, we will provide 30 days' prior notice. Continued use of the Platform after the changes take effect implies your acceptance.

12. Contract Termination

12.1. By the User

You may cancel your account at any time from your account settings or by contacting support.

12.2. By Zedti

We may suspend or cancel your account if:

  • You breach these Terms
  • You engage in fraudulent or illegal activities
  • You fail to pay due fees
  • By court or administrative order

13. Dispute Resolution

For any complaint or dispute related to the service, we encourage you to first contact our support team at soporte@zedti.com.

14. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Spanish law. For any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably, the parties submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of Madrid (Spain), except for consumers, who may go to the courts of their domicile.

15. General Provisions

  • Severability: If any provision of these Terms is declared null, the rest shall remain in force
  • Assignment: You may not assign your rights or obligations without our prior written consent
  • Waiver: Failure to exercise a right does not constitute a waiver thereof
  • Entire agreement: These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the parties
