We strive to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible for people with disabilities and user-friendly for everyone.
We are actively working towards full conformance and continuously improving the accessibility of our platform.

Zedti takes the following measures to ensure accessibility:
- Include accessibility as part of our development process and design reviews
- Use semantic HTML to ensure proper document structure
- Provide keyboard navigation support throughout the application
- Maintain sufficient color contrast ratios for text and interactive elements
- Provide text alternatives for non-text content
- Ensure forms have associated labels and clear error messages
- Support browser zoom and text resizing up to 200%
- Test with assistive technologies including screen readers
4. Known Limitations
Despite our best efforts, there may be some limitations with the accessibility of Zedti:
- Some third-party content or embedded services may not fully meet accessibility standards
- Certain complex interactive components (such as calendar views) are being progressively enhanced
- PDF documents generated by the system may have limited accessibility
