2. Service Description

Zedti is a SaaS (Software as a Service) platform that provides tools for service business management, including:

3. Registration and User Account

3.1. Registration Requirements

Be at least 18 years old or the legal age in your jurisdiction

3.2. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Plans and Pricing

4.1. Subscription Plans

We offer different subscription plans with various features and limits. Prices and features for each plan are available on our pricing page.

4.2. Trial Period

New users may enjoy a free trial period of 14 days. Upon completion, you must subscribe to a paid plan to continue using premium features.

4.3. Billing

Payments are made in advance on a monthly basis
Invoices are issued automatically each billing period
Prices may be subject to VAT or other applicable taxes
We reserve the right to modify prices with 30 days' notice

4.4. Renewal and Cancellation

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your user panel
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
No prorated refunds are made for unused periods

5. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with Spanish law, consumers have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days without justification.

However, pursuant to Article 103 of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, the right of withdrawal shall not apply when the supply of digital content has begun with your express consent.

6. Acceptable Use

6.1. You agree to:

Use the Platform in accordance with applicable law
Not use the Platform for illegal or fraudulent activities
Not attempt to access restricted areas of the system

6.2. User Content

You retain all rights to content you upload to the Platform. By uploading it, you grant us a limited license to store, process and display such content for the purpose of providing the service.

7. Intellectual Property

Your use of the Platform
Your breach of these Terms
Infringement of third-party rights

11. Modification of Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will take effect upon publication on the Platform.

For substantial changes, we will provide 30 days' prior notice. Continued use of the Platform after the changes take effect implies your acceptance.

12. Contract Termination

12.1. By the User

You may cancel your account at any time from your account settings or by contacting support.

12.2. By Zedti

We may suspend or cancel your account if:

You breach these Terms
You engage in fraudulent or illegal activities
You fail to pay due fees
By court or administrative order

14. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

Severability: If any provision of these Terms is declared null, the rest shall remain in force
Assignment: You may not assign your rights or obligations without our prior written consent
Waiver: Failure to exercise a right does not constitute a waiver thereof
Entire agreement: These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the parties
